I Have Always Enjoyed Building Teams, Leading Projects & Creating Structure.
I have always been driven by bringing people, ideas and execution together. Whether organizing events, leading academic teams or coordinating collaborative projects, I naturally found myself taking ownership, aligning people around a shared goal and making sure everything moved forward.
That passion led me to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, where I developed a strong understanding of technology, systems and structured problem solving.
Over time, I realized my greatest strength wasn't only understanding technical work—it was building teams, managing communication and creating systems that help people perform at their best.
Since 2020, I've built a remote network of developers, designers and creative specialists from the ground up—recruiting talent, interviewing candidates, onboarding team members, coordinating execution and successfully delivering more than 800 projects for international clients across multiple industries.
